On July 31, 2024, the Township adopted Resulution No. 544. Said Resolution reads, in part, as follows: "The Township will not accept anonymous request(s). All request(s) must be made by a "Requester" as defined under Section 102 of the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law."
