"Wib" and his wife, Jeri, have lived in Fallowfield Township for over 15 years. They have four daughters, a step son, eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Currently Wib is the Manager of Technical Services at SMS Millcraft in Washington, Pennsylvania.

Taking office in January 2012 for a six-year term, his goal is to develop a "Strategic Economic Development Plan" for the Township – one which will address both the short term and long term goals. These goals include economic stability, improved parks and recreational facilities, additional amenities for residents, attracting small retail businesses which will in turn generate more revenues for the Township and continue the promotion of Alta Vista Industrial Park. In addition, Wib wants to keep the rural charm of Fallowfield Township intact.
